About
Inner Garden Acupuncture aims to be a part of your empowerment process. In assisting patients in finding their most natural state of being, I focus on three things: • Balancing your energy system to allow your own body’s natural rhythm and flow to be restored • Partnering with you to re-evaluate and better understand true nourishment and how you can shift into a more nourished existence • Assisting you with techniques and exercises to restore your inner power My approach to healing utilizes a customized treatment plan for each patient which can include acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, informed energy medicine, at home meditation, coaching and movement exercises.
